SCGL Spring CS:S Open

Sin City PC's SCGL Spring CS:S Open is set for Saturday, April 26th in luxurious and warm Las Vegas, NV. The tournament will distribute at least  $1,000 cash as the first place prize. Up to 12 teams will be accepted to compete, and since Las Vegas is within driving distance of Southern California registration may fill in a hurry.

so, the website says 1000$ first place minimum, but it doesnt say anything about what happens if less than 12 teams show up, will the prize still be 1000?

And also, the website lists that they have lcd monitors, but in the pictures for the lan center i see crt's. So, i am wondering what the tournament will be played on, lcd's or crts?

Hey Brian,

The prize pool is $1,000 first place minimum. No matter how many teams show up. That's the prize pool.

I'll verify the monitors with the center and get back to you on that.

We do have LCD monitors and it is a guaranteed $1000 pot not matter how few, if there are more teams though it will be higher.

Sorry for the confusion about the monitors, we lost our recent photos when we migrated our site to a new CMS.
